Midori Dropout was born as Cosimo Cappagli, 4 years after 1977.
Started play guitar in 1997 in Idea Complessa.
1999 formation of the band Spleendenti come il sole, played keyboard and worked with the band until 2003.
2003/2006 member of several other band: Eva Braun, Fatra, Royal Cult.
2006 founder – with Frasco & Tommaso Assennato – of the band and netlabel La Statua Sommersa.
2008 member of the Rock-poetry band Glamorized.
2008 release of Tanzenhalle first solo album.
From 2008 play with Cinderella Breakdown.
From 2016 play with Sloppy Fingers.
Starting work on videos in 2002 as video editor. Deepened knowledge in audiovisual language with Larry Bolognesi (realization of “Sunday Morning”, music video) and with Carlo Isola for audio visual poetry (“Noia” 2004, a video poem based on Ardengo Soffici’s lyrics).
Graduated in Visual Anthropology (University of Florence) focusing on Documentary and Ethnographic Films and Videos.
After specialization in video post production at Master in Multimedia collaborated with Interactive (Rome) and Iris Multimedia Pro (Florence).
In 2008, To gather together – an interactive installation made with Daniele Grosso – won the Milano in Digitale prize.
Work with Francesco Cacchiani in Bunker Film for 3 years; producing a large amount of documentaries, promotional videos, short movies and TV ads.
